Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and provide therapy services to clients in order to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and promote overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, mobility training, and pain management techniques
• Assist patients in improving strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home care, rehabilitation, or clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable
