Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Live-In Caregiver

Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Live-In Caregiver

Location: Westampton, NJ 08060

Schedule: Monday – Sunday, 24/7 live-in

Client: 88-year-old female

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time live-in care and support.
  • Assist with bed-bound care using a hospital bed and electric Hoyer lift.
  • Perform incontinence care and maintain hygiene.
  • Deliver personal care, including bed baths, skin care, grooming, and overall hygiene.
  • Support feeding tube management (family will handle primary care).
  • Carry out light housekeeping tasks, including laundry.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.

Requirements:

  • Active CHHA certification in New Jersey.
  • Experience with bed-bound patients and use of Hoyer lift.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently in a live-in setting.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with client and family.
