We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated caregiver for a caregiving case in Lebanon, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing companionship, supervision, and mobility assistance while ensuring the client's safety and well-being in the home.

• Location: Potterstown Rd, Lebanon, NJ 08833

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Care Needs

• Provide companionship and supervision
• Assist with mobility and ambulation as needed
• Monitor client safety due to fall risk
• Support daily routines and encourage engagement
• Observe and report any changes in condition

Client Condition

• Cognitive impairment
• Fall risk
• Mobility issues / difficulty walking

Important Notes

• Caregiver must wear scrubs during shifts.
• The client prefers not to receive assistance with bathing, toileting, or dressing.
• All personal care needs will be handled by the spouse.
• There are three friendly dogs in the home (Portuguese Water Dogs and a Golden Retriever), so caregivers must be comfortable around pets.
